End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, blonkware grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use our software and games solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the software
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. blonkware retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates and Modifications

blonkware may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the software. Such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. This Agreement applies to all updates unless they are accompanied by a separate license.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. blonkware disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall blonkware be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the software.

8. User-Generated Content

If the software allows you to create or submit content, you retain ownership of your content but grant blonkware a license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the software and our services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and blonkware regarding the software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
